Nato Leaders Mull Afghan 'Test'
World leaders assembled in Strasbourg shared their views on the importance of supporting the war in Afghanistan, expressing a commonly held fear that al-Qaeda would be very likely more able to launch a terrorist attack in Europe than in the United States because of geographic proximity.
Traveling around in Europe and crossing borders are certainly easier than it is to reach the United States with its distance from Europe, the Middle East, and South Central Asia, and with its heightened travel/immigration security, and as the past should serve as a clear warning, the U.S. is not the sole target of terrorist/extremist groups.
